Our appliances come to us used & sometimes new. They come from people upgrading, rental renovation projects, combining households and straight purchases. Regardless of condition, we test each appliance through our multi-point inspection.

Once the appliances go through the multi-point inspection, the used appliances are certified refurbished & thoroughly cleaned restoring them into like new condition. All worn parts have been replaced. So, your dryer's belt won't pop on you, it is greased up & has been vacuumed from all loose lint. We also want your washer's couplings to be properly connected & tub liner not to be caked with the previous owners filth. Kitchen appliances are tended to, as well. Each stove eye can be set at high, medium & low and bake & broil function properly. The fridge will cool, freeze, and make ice (if ice maker is included).
